White Tea

White tea is the least oxidized tea. White tea is also generally known as a Chinese tea. Also, white tea is made with younger leaves, so the caffeine content is lower than that of other teas such as green tea. White tea comes in different grades and types. The different white teas are tribute eyebrow, noble, long life eyebrow, silver needle, white peony, Ceylon white, Darjeeling white, white puerh tea, and assam white. As with other teas white tea also has benefits. Some studies show that it has more benefits than green tea because of the lack of oxidization.
